� Analyze and respond to research requests in a rapid and accurate manner
� Work on Data Processing/ Research/Content Aggregation role as required

� Strong interpersonal skills

� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
� Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
� Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
� Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels, and ability to face and deal with problems/issues in a mature and professional manner
� Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including weekends
